Preparation steps

1.

This is a recipe without milk, egg and flour.

2.

Chop the dark and milk chocolates roughly and melt in a bowl over hot water bath. Stir the chocolates until smooth.

Chop the dried plum and apricots coarsely. Toast the buckwheat in a dry pan, add the shelled walnuts and rolled oats, and toast together.

4.

Mix the cornflakes with the toasted buckwheat, rolled oats and walnuts, and the chopped dried fruits. Stir in the melted chocolates and mix well.

5.

Place the mixture in small clusters using 2 teaspoons on a tray lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator and leave to set.

6.

Keep cool and dry.
