- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

- Tabasco sauce
- 8 slices Baguette
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 485°F). Halve the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the pulp. Mash the pulp with a fork, and season to taste with lemon juice, a few drops of tabaso, salt, and pepper.

Toast the baguette slices in the oven until golden brown. Remove from the oven, top with the avocado puree, and serve immediately.
