- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Hlave the avocados and remove the seeds. Remove the pulp from the shell and coarsely chop. Peel the garlic, then puree with the avocado and the oil.

Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Transfer to bowls, garnish with parsley, and serve.
