- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams Sesame seeds
- vegetable oil
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 2 eggs

Preparation steps

Rinse chicken and pat dry, and cut chicken breast into strips. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Mix sesame seeds and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Place flour in a bowl. Season each chicken strip with salt and pepper and dust with flour and dip in egg and dredge in breadcrumbs.

In a heavy skillet, heat oil for frying and fry chicken in portions on both sides until crispy. Drain on paper towel. Serve with spicy mango dipping sauce, if desired.
