1 cup seasoned, italian breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan

½ cup melted butter

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 400º F.

Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
