- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (halves)
- 1 cup seasoned, italian breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan
- salt (to taste)
- ½ cup melted butter
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 400º F.

Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat completely dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
3.
In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
4.
Dip chicken strips in melted butter and coat with crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet in a single layer.
5.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning once.
6.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
