800 grams young potatoes
100 grams softened butter
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary

Preparation steps

 Peel, rinse and cut potatoes into thin slices. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with butter and arrange potato slices on it. Sprinkle with butter, season with pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cover potato slices with second layer of parchment paper and weigh dowm with beans. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Remove potato slices from the oven, remove beans and parchment paper and sprinkle with see salt. Serve.
