50 grams Fresh herbs (such as thyme, oregano, rosemary)
100 grams coarse Sea salt
1 red chili pepper
1 generous pinch organic lemon zest

Preparation steps

Rinse the herbs, then pat dry with a paper towel and remove the leaves. Finely chop, then crush in a mortar with half of the salt. Rinse the chili and remove the stem. Halve lengthwise and remove the seeds. Finely chop the chili, then add to the seasoning mixture. Add the remaining salt and lemon zest, then transfer into a glass jar.
