50 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, basil, lemon balm, dill, parsley)
200 grams coarse Sea salt
1 generous pinch lemon zest

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems.

Finely chop the herbs, then mix with the salt and the lemon zest.

Spread in a thin layer and let dry for 2 days. Place into a jar and seal.
