- 2 pickled green Pepperoncini
- 400 grams Feta
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- 2 eggs
- salt
- peppers
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- 4 leaves Filo dough (Turkish grocers)
- 500 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Chop pepperoncini. Crumble the goat cheese finely. Mix goat cheese with the herbs, pepperoncini and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika spice.

Place the pastry sheets down next to each other and cut into eighths. Cut each eighth into triangles. Spread some of the cheese filling on the wider side of the triangle. Fold the two corners inward and roll up the triangle from the wide side to the tip.
3.
Heat the oil. (It is hot enough when small bubbles form on a wooden spoon). Place the cheese rolls in portions into the oil and fry until golden brown for about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with mint garnish.
