- 350 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
- 200 grams dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs oregano
- 1 sprig thyme
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- Pastry flour (for the work surface)
- 150 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Defrost the puff pastry. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes. Remove the garlic and finely chop. Rinse the herbs, pat dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop. Stir together the tomatoes, garlic, herbs and the oil.

Roll out the pastry on a floured surface, sprinkle with the tomato mixture, leaving a 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) border on the short sides. Roll up the long sides at the same time, meeting in the middle. Cut into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) slices. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake until golden brown 20-25 minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
