200 grams Mountain cheese (sliced)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsps butter
Chili salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the bread into thin slices. Place a slice of mountain cheese between two pieces of bread.

Heat some oil and butter in a large frying pan and fry the cheese sandwiches on each side for about 1 minute, until the cheese begins to melt.

Remove and drain on kitchen paper.

Season to taste with chili salt and pepper and serve with a fresh salad if desired.
