- 3 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (cut into 3-4cm|1""-2"" pieces)
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Corn flakes (lightly crushed)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- To serve
- 4 seeded whole wheat rolls
- Mayonnaise
- sliced Tomatoes
- Lettuce

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Teaspoon, 1 große Mixing bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Serrated knife
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a large baking tray.
2.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, cornflakes and salt.
3.
Put the melted butter in a shallow bowl.
4.
Dip the chicken pieces into the melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
5.
Place the chicken pieces on the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden and the chicken is cooked.
6.
Split open the rolls and add a spoonful of mayonnaise. Top with sliced tomatoes and lettuce and place the chicken on top.
