200 grams Smoked salmon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pepper, cut in half, deseed and finely chop. Rinse and drain the mache thoroughly.

2.

Blend the cream cheese with the lemon juice, and season with pepper. Spread the mixture on the crispbread. Top each crispbread with the mache, salmon and cheese, and sprinkle with the diced red pepper.
