- ½ cup Brown rice flour
- ¾ cup Almond flour
- 2 Tbsps ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsps Seed (pumpkin, flax, sesame)
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp olive oil
- To serve
- herbed Goat cheese

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the water and oil and mix well. Knead the dough until it comes together.
3.
Roll out on non-stick baking paper, about 25mm|1/8" thick and cut into squares with a sharp knife. Place on the baking tray and brush with water.
4.
Bake at for 18-20 minutes until golden. Cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
5.
Serve with herbed goats' cheese.
