1 splash mineral water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Raspberry jelly
150 grams Raspberries
mint (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Clean raspberries and place half of berries into a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork and add lemon juice and raspberry jelly.

2.

Mix quark with mineralwater until smooth. Add mashed raspberries and mix. Place mixture on crispbread slices and sprinkle with remaining raspberries. Garnish with mint and serve.
