- 4 eggs
- 400 grams Pastry flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 milliliters milk
- 8 Tbsps vegetable oil

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour, salt and milk until thoroughly combined. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick skillet.

Pour some of the batter into the pan and turn to spread the batter into a thin layer.

Cook over medium heat until light golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Flip the pancake using a palette knife.

Cook until the other side is light golden, about 1-2 minutes. Remove with the pallet knife and place on a plate.
