- 100 grams Shredded wheat
- 6 fresh Figs
- 3 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- splash lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps chopped almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the shredded wheat with 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cup) of water and let soak for about 12 hours.

Cut the figs into quarters.

Whisk together the maple syrup, yogurt and a splash of lemon juice until smooth, then stir into the soaked shredded wheat. Spoon the shredded wheat mixture into serving bowls, top with fig quarters and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
