Preparation steps

Gently crack the eggs open into a bowl, rinse the shells with hot water and drain well. Add the cream to the eggs, whisk and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a pan, pour in the egg and cream mixture and cook over low heat until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Carefully spoon the scrambled eggs into the eggshells, decorate as desired with any of the following cress, shrimp, capers, diced tomatoes, onion rings, caviar and dill and serve immediately
