4 Tbsps butter
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
1 cup heavy cream
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ cup Pine nuts (toasted)
½ cup fresh Chives (snipped)
1 cup Parmesan (grated)
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cook the ravioli in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente or per package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add garlic and lemon zest and cook until very fragrant. Add cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, toasted pine nuts, and chives. Cook to heat through. Add half of the Parmesan cheese and the lemon juice. Stir to incorporate. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Drain pasta. Arrange pasta on individual plates and spoon lemon cream sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve.
