- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 medium sized, potato (peeled and finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 600 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 300 milliliters milk
- 400 grams canned Corn
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the oil. Add the onion, garlic, and potatoes. Sauté briefly, then add the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the milk and corn and simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley. Serve immediately.
