- 800 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 400 grams Corn kernel (canned)
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 egg whites
- Garlic chive (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Boil the broth with corn and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer about 5 minutes.
2.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Set aside 4 tsp for garnish.
3.
Coarsely mash the soup with the remaining egg whites and distribute in saucers or cups. Put something remaining egg whites on top and serve garnished with garlic chives.
