- 6 ozs Oats
- 3 ½ ozs Oats (small grains)
- 3 ozs almonds
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- 2 ozs Oat cereal
- 3 Tbsps butter (or coconut oil)
- 2 ozs Cranberry (dried)
- 2 Tbsps Currants
- 7 Tbsps sugar
- 7 Tbsps honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the almonds, sunflower seeds, berries, and all oats together in a bowl. Bring the butter, sugar, honey, and lemon juice to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the mixture begins to caramelize. Stir in the premixed ingredients. Stir until everything has a darker color.
Pour the warm mixture onto a lined, greased baking tray immediately. Roll out into a 12 x 12 inch sheet. pan Let sit for 15 minutes. Cut into bars. Allow to cool before serving.

Wrap each piece tightly in plastic wrap if not eating that day.
