- 3 ½ ozs Maple syrup
- ⅓ cup butter
- 1 cup dried Cranberry
- 1 ¾ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup Pumpkin seed
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 7½" x 13½" baking pan.
2.
Heat the maple syrup and butter in a pan until just melted.
3.
Stir, then stir in the cranberries, oats, pumpkin seeds and almonds, mixing well.
4.
Press the mixture into the tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool in the tin until warm, then mark into bars. Cut when cold.
