- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsps grated Cheese (such as Gruyère)

Preparation steps
1.
Butter 4 ovenproof ramekins (each about 150 ml) (approximately 3/5 cup).
2.
Pick crabmeat apart and mash in a bowl with a fork. Peel shallot and garlic, chop finely. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, rinse in cold water and peel. Quarter and remove seeds, dice. Combine shallots, garlic, tomatoes, cream, egg yolk and cheese with crabmeat. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and pour into ramekins. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
