- 400 grams Couscous (instant)
- 400 grams Vegetable broth
- 4 slices Tuna (each 140 grams)
- 4 scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 50 grams raisins
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- ½ tsp ground cilantro

Preparation steps

Put the couscous in a bowl and pour in hot broth. Let soak for about 15 minutes.

Rinse the tuna and pat dry. Rinse scallions, trim and chop. Peel garlic peel and finely chop. Rinse the chiles, trim and finely chop. Season the tuna with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Remove tuna sauté the scallions, garlic, chile, pine nuts and raisins 3-4 minutes in the remaining oil. Stir in turmeric, cumin and coriander, sauté briefly, then add the couscous, combine well and fold in the tuna. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
