1 Cook the polenta according to the package instructions. Then spread on a board in a layer approximately 1.5 cm thick. Leave to set and cool completely. Wash the lime, halve lengthwise and slice thinly.
2 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on both sides. Press the garlic into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
3 Cut out small rounds of polenta using a small glass or a cutter. Place 1 prawn and 1 half slice of lime on each polenta round and serve with aperitifs.
