4 Tbsps olive oil
1 chili pepper (seeds removed, cut into thin rings)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
3.333 cups Minced Beef
2 Tbsps tomato puree
cayenne pepper
sweet paprika
½ tsp oregano
1.333 cups cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
2 Tbsps fresh parsley (chopped)
8 Taco shell
2 Romaine Lettuce (sliced)
1 ½ cups Cheese (e. g. Gouda or Cheddar, grated)
2 Limes (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chilli pod, onion and garlic. Add the minced beef and fry until no longer pink. Add the tomato puree and 2 - 3 tbsp water. Season with salt, cayenne, paprika and oregano, then remove from the heat.

Mix the tomatoes in a bowl with the remaining olive oil, parsley, salt and ground black pepper. Warm the taco shells following to the instructions on the packet.

To serve, line the taco shells with lettuce, then fill with the meat and some tomato salsa. Sprinkle with grated cheese and squeeze lime juice over.
