- 50 grams Corn flakes
- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 4 Turkey cutlets (each around 150 grams) (approximately 5 ounces)
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Crush the corn flakes and mix with the breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs in a deep dish. Sprinkle the flour on a plate.
2.
Rinse the turkey, pat dry, flatten with a meat mallet if necessary, season with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Dip in the whisked eggs and coat with the corn flake mixture. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet and fry the turkey until golden brown on each side, around 3-4 minutes.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve cut into strips with salad, if desired.
