- 2 ½ cups Conchiglie (pasta shells)
- 1 small Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 4 Plum tomato (deseeded and diced)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps cream
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- stock granule
- 2 Tbsps Caper

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of water according to the instructions on the packet. Add the broccoli 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time and the onion 1 minute before the end of the cooking time. Drain well using a sieve.
2.
Stir the diced tomatoes through the pasta.
3.
Mix together the mayonnaise, cream and sour cream, and season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of stock granules. Stir through the salad and check the seasoning.
4.
Divide between bowls and serve sprinkled with capers.
