- 8 ozs dried Pasta shell
- 7 ozs canned Tuna (in oil)
- 9 ozs cherry Tomatoes (red and yellow, halved)
- ½ Cucumber (sliced)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 1 lemon (finely grated zest and juice)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain well and tip into a large bowl.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients to the hot pasta and stir until well mixed. Season to taste.
3.
Tip into a serving bowl and serve at room temperature.
