- mixed Lettuce
- 1 Endive
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 small Cucumber
- 3 carrots
- 150 grams blue Grape
- 100 grams Walnut
- 50 grams dark raisins
- 150 grams Edam cheese
- 200 grams fresh Mushrooms (of the season)
- 1 handful fresh Sprout
- 3 Tbsps chopped, mixed Fresh herbs (tarragon, thyme, basil, marjoram)
- salt
- finely chopped peppers
- olive oil
- White vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Divide the endive leaves. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices. Peel and grate the carrots. Rinse the grapes.

Cut the Edam into cubes.
3.
Wipe the mushrooms, chop them and sauté in some oil on all sides. Season with salt, pepper and herbs, allow to cool slightly and mix with the cheese.
4.
Arrange all salad ingredients decoratively on a plate or plates and distribute the cheese and mushroom mixture in the center. Serve drizzled with olive oil and vinegar.
