Preparation steps

1.

For the red ice, mix sugar with water in a pot, bring to a boil and when sugar is dissolved remove the pot from heat. Boil a cup of fruit tea with 125 ml (approximately 4 ounces) of water and then let cool completely. Add raspberry syrup and tea to sugar water and mix. Pour raspberry mixture into a plastic ice cube tray, place in freezer and freeze overnight. After about 1 hour, add a wooden handle or a piece of lemon grass in each cube.

2.

For the yellow ice, rinse mint leaves and pat dry. Heat peach juice with sugar in a saucepan and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add pineapple juice and lemon juice, stir and allow to cool completely. Stir in mint and pour mixture into empty, washed yogurt cups. Place cups in freezer and freeze overnight. After about 1 hour, add a wooden handle or a piece of lemon grass in each cube.
