2 Lavender
1 sprig Lavender (leaves)
1 sprig parsley
1 sprig Lemon balm
2 Clover blossoms
1 sprig wild thyme (with flowers)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, pluck off the leaves and flowers and place up to 3 types into each ice cube mold. The herbs may stick out slightly.

2.

Fill halfway with water and freeze. After 1-2 hours in the freezer, fill to the top with ice-cold water and finish freezing.

3.

Turn the ice cubes out from the containers and use at will. Great for cold, summer soups etc.
