12
Ingredients
250 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, basil, lemon balm, dill, parsley)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Finely chop everything and fill ice cube trays 3/4 full with a portion of the herbs. Fill with cold water and freeze.

2.

Spread out the remaining herbs and allow them to dry, turning occasionally, for at least 5 days. They dry quicker in a warm, dry place.

3.

The herbs will keep for at least 4 months.
