- 2 Oranges
- 2 Grapefruit
- 3 Tbsps Orange liqueur
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 500 milliliters Pistachio Ice Cream
- 50 grams chopped Pistachio
Preparation steps

Peel the oranges and grapefruits, making sure to remove all of the white pith.

Cut the oranges into thin slices and the grapefruits into segments. Toss the orange and grapefruit with the Cointreau and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Decoratively arrange the orange and grapefruit on 4 dessert plates and dust with powdered sugar.

Scoop the pistachio ice cream on top of the orange and grapefruit, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
