- 500 grams Vanilla ice cream
- 250 grams Strawberries
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 150 grams green Grape
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse strawberries, pat dry and cut in half. Rinse and halve the grapes. Rinse raspberries. Mix fruit with sugar and lemon juice and marinate for 30 minutes.

When ready to serve, press ice cream through a ricer into bowl and garnish with marinated fruit.
