- For the cod steak
- 4 Cod (about 200 grams)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- For the sauce
- 150 milliliters fish stock
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Mustard
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- parsley
- lemons
Preparation steps

Rinse the cod steak and pat dry.

Peel the onion and cut into wedges.
3.
Heat butter in an ovenproof dish and saute the onions in it. Pour in the white wine and let boil down. Add the fish stock and let simmer again. Stir in the mustard, cream and creme fraiche, and let simmer until creamy. Add the cod steak, cover the dish and simmer for about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with parsley and lemon slice.
