400 grams Cod
250 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
salt
2 dried chili peppers
sesame oil
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps scallions
6 Limes

Preparation steps

Squeeze lime juice. Crumble chile peppers. Combine 2 tablespoons of sesame oil with lime juice and chile peppers. Coat cod fillets with the mixture and marinate for 2 hours.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan and saute garlic until soft. Drain cod and add to the pan, drizzle with marinade. Simmer, covered, for about 5-6 minutes on low heat. Add shrimp and cook, covered, for another 2 minutes. Separate cod with two forks carefully into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and a little lime juice, if desired. Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
