- 300 grams Double cream
- 400 grams Mascarpone
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Hazelnuts
- 4 Tbsps Shredded coconut

Preparation steps
1.
Crumble chocolate and melt in a water bath with the double cream and stir in mascarpone. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

Form the chocolate mixture into large eggs with two tablespoons. Roll the eggs first in the hazelnuts, then in the coconut and put them on eggcups. Fill a piping bag with the rest of the chocolate mixture and pipe a hood on the chocolate eggs.
