Preparation steps

1.

Toast coconut until golden brown in a frying pan. Coarsely chop half.

2.

Rinse oranges and grapefruit, peel, cut out segments and collect the juice. Squeeze remaining juice from membranes.

3.

Mix yogurt with quark, juices and sugar until smooth. Combine chopped coconut with yogurt mixture and distribute among 4 bowls. Top yogurt with the orange and grapefruit segments and sprinkle with the remaining coconut.
