If you want, feel free to switch up what kind of juice you use in this recipe. Grapefruit juice is a delicious option.

- 4 ozs sugar
- 14 ozs Orange juice (or any other citrus juice)
- ½ lemon (juice and zest)
- 6 ozs Yogurt

Preparation steps

Heat the sugar in a pan with 5 ounces water, orange juice, lemon juice, and zest. Stir well and leave to cool.
2.
Mix in the yogurt and transfer to a flat metal container. Freeze for around 5 hours, stirring thoroughly every 30 minutes to prevent large ice crystals from forming (or finish in an ice cream maker).
