1 shallot (finely chopped)
1 green Apple (e. g. Granny Smith, peeled, cored, finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Caper
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.
Roast the pumpkin seeds quickly in a pan without fat. Remove from the heat, let cool and chop roughly.

Mix the salmon with the pumpkin seeds, shallot, apple, capers, lemon juice and grape seed oil and season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Serve as an appetiser.
