- 2 Tbsps finely chopped, candied ginger
- 20 Baking cups

Preparation steps
1.
Roast almonds in a dry pan. Melt chocolate over a double boiler, stir in almonds and ginger. Portion 2 teaspoons of the mixture into paper liners. Chill.
