Ingredients

- For the clusters
- 200 grams Granola
- 350 Buttermilk
- 170 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- Organic orange (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp Natural vanilla
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- ½ packet cream of tartar
- To serve
- 25 grams Apple syrup
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
Preparation steps

For the clusters, mix the granola with the buttermilk and soak for 2 hours.
Combine the soft butter, sugar, salt, orange zest and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Then stir in the cereal mixture.

Mix in the flour along with the cream of tartar and knead well.
Divide the dough into small portions on a greased and floured baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 175ºC (approximately 350ºF) and bake for about 20 minutes until golden yellow.
3.
To serve, mix the apple juice with the orange juice and brush over the clusters while they are still hot.
