Preparation steps

1.

Lightly toast the almonds in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize. Slide the almonds on baking paper and separate.

2.

Melt the crushed chocolate, pour over the cold almonds and let drain on a wire rack. Mix the spices with cocoa powder and roll the almonds in it.
