These chocolate almond slivers are super easy to make and together with the candied ginger they have a little surprise effect in taste! The almond slivers also provide cell-protecting vitamin E and bone-strengthening calcium. As the dark chocolate has a high cocoa content, the sugar content is correspondingly low. Certain plant substances from the cocoa keep the blood sugar level constant and prevent deposits in vessels.

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the almonds in a dry pan. Melt the crushed chocolate in hot water bath. Stir the almonds and ginger and set with two teaspoons of the mixture into the ramekins. Chill in a refrigerator if desired.
