Preparation steps

Toast the almonds in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from pan and let cool. Chop the chocolate coarsely and melt with the coconut oil in a metal bowl over a hot water bath, then stir in the almonds. Remove small portions with a teaspoon and put in clusters on parchment paper. Let cool and set before serving or storing.
