- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 18 ozs chinese Broccoli
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Heat a large wok over a high heat then add the sesame seeds, swirl them around the wok until they are lightly toasted then remove from the wok and set aside.
2.
Heat the oil in the wok until smoking then add the broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is just tender.
3.
Stir in the sesame seeds and soy sauce and serve immediately.
