- 1 stalk Leeks (small, cleaned and cut into small pieces)
- 2 scallions (rinsed and cut into small pieces)
- 500 grams Broccoli
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Cress
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 75 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, rinse in cold water and drain. Mash finely with the leeks, scallions, parsley leaves, watercress, sunflower seeds and garlic.
2.
Stir in the oil, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce into hot rinsed jars and close tightly. Store in a cool place.
