- For the chicken wings
- 12 Chicken wing
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 150 grams breadcrumbs

- For the Barbecue dip
- 5 Tbsps Golden syrup
- 1 Tbsp Mustard (medium hot)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- salt

- ½ tsp thyme
- balsamic vinegar
- Tabasco sauce
- For the mustard dip
- 4 Tbsps Grill mustard
- 2 Tbsps Ketchup
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Ajvar
- salt
- Freshly ground peppers
- ground paprika
- For the sour cream dip
- 100 grams Sour cream
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps ground paprika
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
For the chicken wings, rinse wings, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Crack eggs into a bowl. First coat wings in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs. Coat again with egg and breadcrumbs if desired. Pace vegetable oil in fryer or saucepan and fry wings until golden brown over medium heat. Leave wings on paper towels to drain.

Keep wings warm.

For the barbecue dip, press garlic, add to all remaining ingredients in a blender and puree vigorously.

For the mustard dip, mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
5.
For the sour cream dip, stir sour cream with cream, add pressed garlic. Season with salt pepper and paprika. Serve dips alongside chicken wings.
